Waste is discharged into the municipal sewer system. Electricity will also be transferred to the tenant. In the case of normal consumption, an advance payment of approximately 1.500 CZK/month can be expected. In the case of connection and subsequent use of an electric boiler for heating, approximately 3.000 CZK – 4000 CZK/month can be expected. The tenant will arrange for wood/briquettes themselves. Internet from STARNET is included in the rent.

It is expected that the house will be rented partially furnished. Everything will remain in the kitchen and upstairs. However, the washing machine in the bathroom will not be available. The living room will remain unfurnished. The owner is willing to agree on removal.

Due to the temporary absence of the Energy Performance Certificate, we are listing the energy class as “G”, i.e. extremely inefficient.

We require a deposit of two months’ rent.

The tenant does not pay commission. This is paid by the owner of the house.

The house will be available from December 1, 2025.

The owners reserve the right to select the tenant according to their chosen criteria.
