  • I will arrange tours of the property with interested parties. Then I will help you to select the most suitable buyer.
  • We will take care of administrative and legislative matters including all contractual documentation.
  • I will arrange the property handover and we are done! We can celebrate the successful completion of the process!

Mr. Jindrich Svacina is an example of how a real estate agent should behave. The house corresponded to the photos, the shortcomings were pointed out, nothing was hidden. The prepared technical report for the house was just another bonus.
