Upon entering the apartment, we find ourselves in a spacious hallway, from which we can go either to the toilet, to the bathroom with a bathtub, or further to the master bedroom or living area and from there to the kitchen. The apartment is naturally light and airy, and upon arrival you will be greeted by a pleasant atmosphere, thanks to which you will be more than happy to return to your new shelter every time.
All dimensions and layouts of individual rooms can be found in the attached floor plan. The rental also includes a basement storage unit.
The rent is 18.000 CZK. According to the registration/calculation sheet, housing costs are set at 2.856 CZK/month/person. We recommend setting the monthly advance payment for electricity at approximately 1.200 CZK and the monthly advance payment for gas (for cooking) at approximately 300 CZK. We will be happy to help you with the transfer of electricity and gas. The tenant will arrange their own internet connection.
The location is ideal for those of you who like to have everything within easy reach. There are metro and bus stops near the apartment (approx. 5 minutes of walking distance), which guarantees ideal access to other parts of the city, whether it’s the centre or more remote locations. If you are a driver, parking is available anywhere near the building (there are no blue zones in this area). As for civic amenities, you can take advantage of local businesses in the area, while for shopping you can head to nearby stores or the nearby Westfield Chodov shopping centre. The location is also pleasant thanks to its extensive greenery, which will be especially appreciated by lovers of nature and walks.

The apartment is available immediately. We require a refundable deposit of two months’ rent.
The furnishings in the photos show the actual possibilities for arranging furniture in the apartment, but they are used for illustrative purposes only. In other words, the apartment is rented only partially furnished. The rental includes built-in wardrobes, a coat rack, and a shoe cabinet under the coat rack in the hallway. There is also a custom-made table under the sink in the bathroom. The washing machine and gas stove may remain in the apartment (if the tenant wishes to purchase their own, these appliances will be removed). The dishwasher is not included in the lease. However, there is a built-in space for this purpose under the kitchen counter. The dining room, living room, and bedroom will remain unfurnished.
The tenant does not pay a commission. This is paid by the owner of the apartment.
The Energy Performance Certificate is not currently available, so we are listing the energy class as “G,” i.e., extremely inefficient.
The owner reserves the right to select tenants according to his chosen criteria.
