Thanks to the large windows, this room is naturally bright, giving you a feeling of fresh living. The master bedroom is located next to the living room. The second room, which can be used as an additional bedroom, study, or guest room, is located next to the dining room. The kitchen and dining room face north, while the living room and master bedroom face east. The rental also includes a storage unit in the basement of the building.

Jindrichuv Hradec is a South Bohemian town with a developed network of shops and services. It is possible to work here and in the adjacent area, or it is possible to commute e.g. to Ceske Budejovice. Specifically, in Vajgar there are two primary schools, Kaufland, Albert, a larger shopping centre (OKAY, Deichman, Sportisimo, etc.), JYSK, a swimming pool or the popular Raw Gym. In Jindrichuv Hradec there are also several other primary schools, kindergartens, the Faculty of Management of the University of Economics in Prague, a library, a number of supermarkets, etc.

The rent is 13.500 CZK/month. As for the fees for services and utilities associated with the use of the apartment (set for one person), the amount for water, sewage, heating, etc. is 2.266 CZK/month. Advance payments for electricity and gas will remain in the name of the apartment owner. It amounts to 1.200 CZK/month (electricity) and 300 CZK/month (gas, which is used only for cooking). The tenant will arrange for internet at their own expense.

We require a refundable deposit of two monthly rents.

The tenant does not pay commission. This is paid by the owner of the apartment.
