Upon entering the unit we are located in the hallway. The apartment is of course complemented by a separate bathroom and toilet. Persons demanding storage space will appreciate the small room next to the front door, which has a built-in wardrobe.
The rent is 14.000 CZK/month + utilities of about 3150 CZK/3 persons/month. Some utility deposits (i.e. electricity and gas) will be transferred to the tenant(s). The tenant(s) can also choose their own supplier. We recommend to set the deposits at approx. 1000,- CZK/electricity and 500,- CZK/gas per month.
