First we will meet (in person or online) to understand your needs.
I will estimate the value of your property based on available real estate transaction data and through a personal inspection.
We will sign an exclusive brokerage agreement if we agree to work together.
I will provide everything necessary for the marketing of the property (photo shoot, video, drone, 3D property scan, home staging, cleaning, etc.).
We will set up a suitable sales strategy. I will then start advertising the property on real estate websites as well as social media.
I will arrange tours of the property with interested parties. Then I will help you to select the most suitable buyer.
We will take care of administrative and legislative matters including all contractual documentation.
I will arrange the property handover and we are done! We can celebrate the successful completion of the process!

Mr. Jindrich Svacina is an example of how a real estate agent should behave. The house corresponded to the photos, the shortcomings were pointed out, nothing was hidden. The prepared technical report for the house was just another bonus. I also really appreciated the published costs of running the house, without one having to worry about them (unfortunately, it is not a standard).
