Vekova Street is located in a part of Prague called Branik. It is a very quiet location where you have everything you need. Within walking distance you will find, for example, the Billa supermarket or the larger Novo Plaza shopping centre on Novodvorska street. The nearest bus stops are, for example, Psohlavcu, Zatacka or Jilovska. In the vicinity you will also find the Jilovska kindergarten and primary school and much more.

The monthly rent is 14.500 CZK/month. According to the schedule payment, the billable monthly fees associated with the use of the apartment amount to 4.486 CZK (heat, water and sewage, common electricity). The highest item at the moment is heat due to the fact that the cooperative has purposefully increased the payable amount, while the real consumption and thus the price will be noticeably lower according to the latest reports.

We recommend setting the deposit for electricity at approx. 1.500 CZK/month. It will probably be enough to set the gas deposit for cooking at approx. 300 CZK/month. Both electricity and gas payments will be transferred to the tenant. We will be happy to help you with the transfer. The tenant will arrange the internet himself or herself.

The tenant does not pay a commission. This is paid by the owner of the apartment.

At the moment, we expect a refundable deposit for two rentals, but this will still depend on a specific agreement directly with the owner.

The apartment will be available from 01/05/2023 and is rented with the equipment as shown in the photos. The only difference will be that an electric boiler will be installed in the apartment instead of a gas heater in the bathroom.
