Electricity and gas will be transferred to the subtenant. The subtenant will arrange their own internet connection.
Jindrichuv Hradec is a South Bohemian town with a well-developed network of shops and services. You can work here and in the surrounding area, or you can commute to other cities such as Ceske Budejovice. The apartment is located near the city centre, close to the train and bus station. The apartment will be available no later than 01.08.2026, but it may become available earlier by agreement with the current subtenant. It is subleased with the furnishings shown in the photos, especially the kitchen unit and appliances. The washing machine and tumble dryer will also be included as part of the sublease.
Due to the apartment’s equipment, the owners require a refundable deposit of two months’ rent.
Tenant does not pay commission. This is paid by the owner of the apartment.
Due to the absence of Energy Performance Certificate according to the law, we state the energy class “G”, i.e. extremely uneconomical.
