Electricity and gas will be transferred to the subtenant. The subtenant will arrange their own internet connection.

Jindrichuv Hradec is a South Bohemian town with a well-developed network of shops and services. You can work here and in the surrounding area, or you can commute to other cities such as Ceske Budejovice. The apartment is located near the city centre, close to the train and bus station.
