You will appreciate the fact that the complete reconstruction has just been completed. You will literally live in a brand new flat. The apartment is very spacious, bright and has a basement cubicle. When entering the unit, we are in the hallway. Across from us is the kitchen, to our left is a large living room, and to our right is a bathroom and a separate toilet, past which we get to the bedroom. All dimensions of individual rooms can be viewed in the attached floor plan. The apartment is rented as shown in the photos, i.e. unfurnished except for the kitchen unit (no fridge).

The rent is 17.000 CZK/month plus charges for billable services/energy 5.715 CZK/month (water, heat, hot water heating…). The Payment schedule is available for preview in the For downloads section. The fees are now set higher due to the extreme consumption of the previous tenants, i.e. it is possible that the amount will be decreased over time, although this cannot be guaranteed at this time. We recommend setting the electricity deposit at 1.500 CZK/month. The tenant will take care of the internet himself/herself.

The apartment is located in a completely quiet part of Prague. OC Novo Plaza is located in the adjacent area, a little closer then JYSK, Lidl or, for example, the Greek Market… The nearest bus stops are Cechticka and Novodvorska. Nature lovers will certainly appreciate the opportunity to take a walk in Velky haj park.

Based on the attached EPC, we present energy class “D”, i.e. “less economical”.

The lessor reserves the right to select the lessee based on the criteria chosen by them.
