On behalf of the owner, we offer for rent a house 3+1 with a basement, two winter gardens, a heated swimming pool and a paved parking space suitable for 3 – 4 cars.
On entering the house we are in conservatory (one of the winter gardens), which is equipped with a retractable awning. Its area is 16,5 m² and is oriented to the south-west. There is a fireplace in this room and it can also be used as a dining room from which you can enjoy the views of the garden with its kidney-shaped pool. Its deepest point is about 2.20 m and paving stones are laid around the pool.
From the conservatory you can go directly to the living room (22,65 m², east side) or to the hall (13,4 m²) and from there on to other rooms. In the case of the entrance to the hall (see attached floor plans), there is another of the living rooms (21.4 m²) on the left side, facing southwest. From the hall, you can either enter the separate kitchen (9.2 m², north-west side), or you can go to the right towards the staircase leading to the basement, to the separate toilet (1 m²) or to the bathroom with shower and bath (8 m², north-west side). The house can be heated in several ways, namely with a condensing gas boiler (Vaillant), electric boiler, solar panels (used primarily for heating DHW and pool water) and possibly two storage tanks or the aforementioned air conditioning.
Jarosov nad Neazrkou is located about 10 minutes by car from Jindrichuv Hradec. However, this picturesque village offers a large range of amenities. Namely, there is a kindergarten, a primary school (with five classes), a post office, a shop, a petrol station, the famous Pod Kostelem pub, a community centre, etc.
