The rear part consists of a beautiful, flat plot that allows for the construction of additional properties. However, it is necessary to take into account that this is an investment in the future, as a building freeze has been declared in the municipality until 2031.

The owners’ grandparents, who are now at a ripe old age, live in the house, and the owners would prefer that they be able to live there until the end of their lives. For this reason, a life estate easement has been entered in the land register. This situation was the reason why it was not possible to take photographs of the interiors of the unrenovated lower part of the house where the grandparents live. The owners are aware that this fact will be a limitation for interested parties, and for this reason, they are willing to discuss the terms of sale in order to satisfy the interests of both parties to the transaction.
