If you are looking for a new home for yourself, or perhaps for you and your significant other, then you may have just found it. In Jindrichuv Hradec, on Tovarni Street, there is a 2+kk apartment with a floor area of 61 m² waiting for you. The apartment has undergone a complete renovation and is located on the second floor of a brick building without an elevator. It is offered partially furnished, including a sofa in the living room, a TV stand, and a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom.

Upon entering the unit, you arrive in the entrance hall, from which you can either go into the bathroom with a spacious shower corner or continue into the main living area with the kitchen and living room. The windows in this room face south. The unit also includes another room – a bedroom facing north. Anyone who appreciates extra storage space will certainly welcome the small storage room located next to the entrance door.

The rent is 12.000 CZK per month, plus service charges of 3.637 CZK, which are set for one person and include water, sewage, heating, hot water, and related services. Utility contracts for electricity and gas will be transferred to the tenant. We recommend setting the monthly advance payments at approximately 1.000 CZK for electricity and 200 CZK for gas. The gas advance is lower because gas is only used for cooking on the gas stove. The apartment is also connected to UPC–Vodafone, with distribution throughout the entire apartment including the bedroom. However, due to the absence of a functional TV antenna, we also recommend arranging internet service from UPC, which includes TV service as part of the package. This choice is entirely up to the future tenant.

The apartment is located near the city center of Jindrichuv Hradec, close to both the train and bus stations. Within walking distance, you will find a pharmacy, JH Market, Lidl, the municipal library, three elementary schools, Gymnasium Vitezslava Novaka, the University of Economics, and more. Parking is available directly by the building. Thanks to this excellent location, other parts of the town are also easily accessible by car or public transport for shopping, work, or leisure.

The apartment will be available from 1 May 2026. Until then, it is currently rented out, which is why viewings will only be possible by prior arrangement.

The landlord reserves the right to select the tenant based on their chosen criteria. We apologize to pet owners, but as the apartment has undergone an extensive and costly renovation, the owners prefer applicants without animals.

The tenant does not pay any agency commission. The commission is covered by the apartment owner.

The refundable deposit amounts to two months’ rent.

As the Energy Performance Certificate is currently not available, the energy class is stated as “G”.
