An undeniable advantage of the apartment is the built-in recuperation. In total, there are three outlets (to the bedroom, living room and another room). The recuperation is used to recover heat. The supply air in the heat recovery unit takes heat from the extract air, thus minimising heat loss. This results in maximum energy savings.

Other additional and equally important advantages of the apartment are a large amount of storage space thanks to built-in wardrobes, complete peace in the locality, but also a very short commute to the city centre of Ceske Budejovice (commuting distance by car about 8 minutes and using public transport about 15 minutes).
