The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a panel building with a lift. Upon entering the apartment, you will find yourself in a larger hallway. Opposite us is a toilet separate from the bathroom, In the hallway there is also a built-in wardrobe. From the hallway we can go either to the bathroom and then to the kitchen, opposite which there is a separate room, or to the living room and from there on to the other two bedrooms. One has a loggia. There is also a brick cellar in the building. The apartment is oriented to the south-west side.
Jindrichuv Hradec is a South Bohemian town with a developed network of shops and services. It is possible to work here and in the adjacent area, or it is possible to commute e.g. to Ceske Budejovice. Specifically in Vajgar there are two primary schools, Kaufland, Albert, a larger shopping centre (OKAY, Deichman, Sportisimo, etc.), JYSK, a swimming pool or the popular Raw Gym. In Jindrichuv Hradec there are also several other primary schools, kindergartens, the Faculty of Management of the University of Economics in Prague, a library, a number of supermarkets, etc.
The rent is 16.000 CZK/month. As far as the utility and energy charges associated with the use of the apartment are concerned, the amount for water, sewerage, heat, etc. 2.372 CZK/month. The advance payment for electricity will remain written through the favourable tariff to the owner of the apartment. It is 630 CZK/month. Gas is not used in the apartment. Internet is arranged by the tenant at his own expense.
We require a refundable deposit of two monthly rents.
The tenant does not pay commission. This is paid by the owner of the apartment.
