A renovated brick villa in the village of Bukovice near Police nad Metuji town is now available for sale! The house consists of two residential units. Optical Internet was installed in the house. The ceilings are made of drywalls. As for the exterior, it is worth mentioning the use of sandstone as another building material (stairs to the house and columns).

The lower apartment is heated by gas. The gas supplier is ČEZ company. The boiler is located in the basement of the house. The upper apartment is heated by electric direct heaters. The house is connected to the municipal sewerage system and to the long-distance water supply system. The distributor is the company of Vodovody a kanalizace (VAK) Nachod. The waste is connected to the municipal wastewater treatment plant.

The Broumov Walls or the Ostas mountain are within driving distance. In winter, the location can be used for cross-country skiing, while there is a ski slope across the road from the house. Also, across the road is a brand new sports complex for outdoor and indoor activities. The new owner (or potential tenants) will certainly be pleased with the possibility of high-altitude tourism. In the adjacent Police nad Metuji town is an attractive amenity area (there is a doctor, dentist, ENT, Penny market, school, kindergarten…). There is also a summer cinema here. The property used to be used as an investment (long-term lease), but it can certainly be used for short-term rental as well.
