The apartment layout is 1+1 with a private bathroom and a separate toilet. As already mentioned, the apartment is located on the first floor of the villa. You will enter through the same entrance as the owner of the property, who will occupy the upper floors. The only shared areas of the house will be the hallway for storing shoes and a larger hallway (12.35 m²), which the owner will use purely for passage to her own apartment. Currently, the separation of the staircase from this hallway/room with a door is still being solved to ensure the highest degree of privacy for all residents of the building. This is expected to take about two months.
In this hallway, the tenant can use a large wardrobe, which will provide more space in the apartment. From here, you can further access a separate toilet (0.96 m²) and a bathroom (9.21 m²), which offers both a bathtub and a shower, and includes a washing machine. The remaining rooms are a spacious and bright kitchen (16.30 m²) and a bedroom/living room (20.87 m²), which are oriented to the southeast. The apartment is suitable for individuals or a maximum of two people. We recommend that you take a look at the attached floor plan.
The rent is 15.000 CZK/month. As for fees related to energy, the water and sewage will cost about 500 CZK/month, while gas will be about 1.100 CZK/month. The water and gas usage will be invoiced to the tenant, while the tenant will transfer the electricity to their name. The current supplier is PRE. We recommend setting the deposit at around 1.600 CZK/month. We are happy to help you with the transfer of electricity.
The house is located in a quiet area, but you can reach the metro (red line – Kobylisy station) by bus from the Pisecna stop in about 5 minutes and by walking in about 12 minutes. The accessibility to the city centre by public transport is very short (for example, you can reach Florenc in about 20 minutes). In the locality, you will find a number of businesses, a small grocery store, and for larger purchases, you can go to a more distant Penny Market or Albert. You can relax in the nearby Cimicky haj.
The ideal tenant(s) will be someone leading a calmer lifestyle. The owner also prefers applicants without pets.

The tenant does not pay a commission, as it is covered by the property owner. However, a deposit of 1-2 monthly rents will be required, depending on the specific agreement.
